With over 45 years of experience in the tool and die industry, Ron brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the Wemco Tool team. A graduate of Penn State University's Advanced Mechanical Engineering Program, Ron has worked across multiple facets of the industry—gaining a comprehensive understanding of the entire process, from material acquisition to facility management and end-use application of tool and die components.
In 1989, Ron returned to his hometown of Meadville, Pennsylvania to join Wemco Tool as Vice President during a time of significant growth. With his hands-on experience across the full life cycle of the tool and die process, Ron has played a pivotal role in streamlining operations and ensuring that customer satisfaction remains at the core of the company’s mission.
Ron’s strong focus on customer service has cultivated lasting relationships, earning the trust and loyalty of a growing base of return clients. His approachable leadership style and commitment to quality have helped turn business partnerships into lasting friendships.
Ron’s decision to return to Meadville was also a personal one—driven by a desire to raise his children in a community rooted in the same values and ideals he grew up with.
